Case Study: Blocked Kitchen Pipes

We were requested to attend this upmarket department store in Central London to clean out some blocked pipes in the restaurant area. This work had to be done before the store opened at 7 am. We arrived and met the duty manager on site who led our plumber to the bar with the affected pipes.

After a scrupulous inspection, our engineer advised that the pipes were totally blocked full of grease and other kitchen waste and needed a thorough clean. He went on to fully clear the blockage – not the nicest job in the world – especially at 6.30am!! Nevertheless, the job was completed and the customer was happy with the job. Later the same day, we sent our photographic evidence along with a technical report to the client for proof of job completed.
