Case Study: Repair toilet cistern Case Study: Repair toilet cistern

We received a job order through from one of our regular clients. This client looks after blocks of a housing association, shared occupancy properties. We have many call outs to these blocks, but this particular job order was to repair toilet cistern as it was only filling halfway. We were asked to arrange access via the tenant and we were able to do that and attend on the same day.

Once on site, our engineer quickly identified the problem, the ball valve had come loose and was not sitting level in the cistern. This was easily fixed, without any additional costs for parts. After an hour on site, the job was complete, the toilet was filling and flushing correctly and we were able to leave the job.

A report and photographs were sent to the customer the following working day leaving another job done with no further works required.
